The downsides of following the keto diet happen when you don't follow the keto diet. I eat a ton of dark leafy green veggies with my keto diet. Not sure where you guys get the idea that the keto diet lacks nutrients or fibre. I've healed my non-alcoholic fatty liver. I've got all my blood metrics back to normal. I've lost 60lbs. My blood pressure is excellent. Along with weight training and powerlifting, I am now stronger, fitter and healthier than I was for a couple of decades. Thanks, Keto and the Low Carb High Fat community.

Just coming to the end of a 48 hour fast. Feeling great: clear headed, rested, not hungry. My blood sugar is 4.8 and I’m in ketosis. 👍🏻 keto and IF are saving my life.

@@Beatrice-nx5ldyou can eat as many veggies as you want as long as you keep total carbs low. There’s not many carbs in cabbage or kale 🥬

The human gut had a healthy biome for hundreds of thousands of years before grains, potatoes and rice. Also the fruit we eat now is very far from its original form: it is highly sugared - it's basically tree sugar. We don't need modern fruit for a healthy diet. We like it, we don't need it.
