I'm in total shock. What a chilling and evil attack. What sort of evil asshole would attack a child in a pushchair and other children, let alone go around stabbing people..

@polysporin8332 It's not the same as going up to a child and specifically targeting them; and it's not like that was their intention with the sanctions, so not comparible. Firstly, there are many more countries in the world than the one's that put sanctions on they can trade etc with; secondly, a coutry doesn't HAVE to trade or aid another country, aid is a privilege, not a right, it'snot something you should rely on or take for granted; and lastly, let's get onto what you didn't mention.. What did Iraq do to warrant these sanctions in the first place? Countries don't get sanctions put I'm them lightly or for no reason; no civilised country would take such action without a good reason.
