  3. Considering all the other war crimes Russia has commited during this invasion of Ukraine, it's hardly a wild stretch of the imagination that they are guilty of this also.

Let's face it, this isn't out of character from the other war crimes Russia has been committing against Ukraine, such as bombing civilian buildings, hospitals and schools, kidnapping children, running civilian vehicles over in tanks and generally stealing ftom and executing civilians and soldiers. I wouldn't put anything past Ruasia at this point, in their genocidal invasion of Ukraine.
