@olegrudkovskyi7616 To me, it doesn't seem wise to tell your enemy ANYTHING if you really don't have to; i mean why even take that chance right? Encase you want tobtry it again elsewhere for example, you don't want them knowing your method's; and how do you know they told them after it was done? But then very little of what they habe done so far has been very wise or particularly strategic; recent things they have targeted for example, only serves to make it nearly impossible for countries to be associated with, much less aid them, and this whole conflict seems self harming to Russia. What's your nationality? Just out of curiosity.

@olegrudkovskyi7616 Well even then, if they hadn't have broadcast it's existence after the mission, they might have been able to keep using it; so still not wise; and even then, it seems like a heck of a lot of recources to expend, to get so little from it.
