  8. Russia's claims about technical difficulties could actually be true. Russia's oil and gas industry use a lot of western technology, and they can no longer get spare parts or technical assistance. Russia will probably have to rebuild large parts of their oil industry in the near future. It's a good thing russia is world famous for no corruption and efficient handling of public funds...😉
