  1. considering that China's economy and power is larger than the rest of BRICS combined, it's kinda hard for me to see BRICS as anything other than a Chinese lead version of the G7.

  2. funny thing is, that US hegemony is exactly what allowed globalized trade to happen. A multipolar world will once again be full of great power politics, proxywars and protectionism. It is really just a return to the bad old days...
