  1. guess russia learned a very simple truth: It is much easier to find a new supplier, than it is to find a new customer. If you have money and are willing to pay, there will always be someone willing to supply. It may take a few years to build new supply chains, but no supplier is irreplaceable. Finding a new market is much harder, especially if you are seen as an unreliable supplier.

  4.  @lifessogood2995  the oil price in Europe was above $100 pr barrel form 2007-2014, and we were still fine. Today's price is $85.

  12. it is not real growth. A wartime economy will increase gdp in the short term, but it brings no actual long term value to russia. If I used my retirement fund to buy firecrackers, then it would increase my economic activity. But it does not make me richer.
