  3.  @WPaKFamily  i grew up in a low income household. I would never have had the same opportunities in a country like the US. I benefited a lot from the Danish system when i was young. I don't mind paying it back now when i've done well for myself.

  4.  @give_me_my_nick_back  Norway is very expensive, even compared to Denmark. But the average wages there are also higher, so the Norwegians can better afford it.

  6. that is a good question. Could be that larger countries tend to have more regions with low income, which will drag the average down?
