  1. i really don't like the idea of companies being too big to fail. If VW can't run a business, then they should fail. But there is also an issue of European security in a world that is entering a new age of conflict. So European industry should be protected to some extent, and we should avoid dependence on non-European countries for anything vital. We should expect all dependence to be used against us at some point in the near future.

  2. @Riannu-i8x  i think the whole concept of development aid is obsolete. It should just be stopped. Europe should not rely on resources from any non-European country if possible.

  4. No, we do not NEED China. Both sides will be worse off in a trade war between China and the EU, but neither side is going to collapse. Any supplier can be replaced, it just takes time.
