  3. ​ @effexon "the west" includes most of Europe, north America and Australia. Is there any kind of resources that can't be found on those 3 continents?

  4.  @effexon  but there are also a lot of untapped resources. Brics could probably cause some short term problems for the west, but it would backfire in the long run.
