  7.  @TheGoldenEagle03  there was no agreement about NATO expansion. Can you tell me what this agreement is called, or can you tell me who signed it? It's made up by putin... And NATO expands because countries apply for membership. And the reason why so many of russia's neighbors apply, is because they worry about russian aggression.
