  1. russia started out with a massive advantage in firepower in 2022. They had the advantage in artillery, airforce, navy, long range missiles, armored vehicles etc. But Ukraine has slowly been closing the gap with the help of allies, to the point where russia can't do much except sit in a trench and try to hold the line. But the armed forces of Ukraine will continue to grow in strength over the next few years, while russia gets weaker. We could very well see the balance of power shift in Ukraine's favor already next year...

  2.  @NzTings  and that is just enough to hold the line, russia is not making progress. But things will only get worse for the russians, while Ukraine will get even better weapons in the next few years...
