@Gumiho-34 the "west" makes up 60% of all gdp in the world, russia is around 1,2%. I think we will live without russian investment 😄.

@martinelia9517 EU has plenty gas, storage levels are still around 90%. Norway are taking over as Europe's main supplier.

@ericmuthiani1676 that is complete nonsense. The US is the largest oil producer in the world, Canada is number 4. Countries like Sweden, Norway and Finland have decent reserves of rare earth minerals and iron ore. Portugal have a decent amount of lithium. Most NATO countries are also self sufficient in most types of agriculture.

@isaacisang2715 it was believed that trade with russia would help keep the peace. Russian gas is already being replaced. Norway supplied half of Germany's gas import in 2023, and Norway have approved 19 new oil and gas fields so more is coming.

@isaacisang2715 Russia's neighbors applied for NATO membership because they worry about russian aggression. If putin doesn't like NATO, then maybe he should stop attacking russia's neighbors. How is Europe going to fold? Sounds like wishful thinking to me.
