  1. Another thing are the TP thieves. People will just hoard toilet paper like it's the end of the world etc. Some places in Beijing maybe other cities, dunno have QR codes on the TP dispensers that prevent people from hoarding and taking however much they want. You have to scan with your phone to get. I think some also have timers on them as well.
