  3. I just refuse to go out to dinner anymore, its all running out of control. They are using any scheme they can to try to stay afloat. The same is true of local governments, they are fining, adding new fees and creating new taxes.

  6. If it only happened 90 times they are using social engineering to find a way to get pictures of drivers licenses. If a hacker had breached security into a state system they would have stolen milloins of DLs not just dozens.
