  1. Every nation should be terrified of NGOs, any of them, they operate outside the law, they have shady funding and are used to implement policies that have no clear source. If you want rebellious revolutions fomented in your nation then by all means allow the NGOs room to operate.

  2. This is a standard US CIA/DIA operation, they fund rebels and insurgents in an effort destabilize the nation to encourage regime change. The exact same thing they did in many countries before including Ukraine in 2014.
