  2. I'm sure those contracts all have an escape clause if any party attempts to manipulate the currency price. The sanctions are clearly currency manipulation.

  3. I would say that any fuel contract with any nation that is sanctioning Russia should be cancelled and nullified. Those nations have taken an illegal step, an act of war, in an attempt to manipulate the currency exchange rate which is undoubtedly included in those contracts.
