  5. @Execute Crab-21 incorrect, the Pentagon planning office in combination with NATO have wanted Russian confrontation for decades. NATO and the US both lied at the Minsk accords and openly admit it was a lie to stall for time to build a larger military in Ukraine. That sounds very very deliberate.
