I’m English so from what I’ve seen America has so many police forces and they can vary from having a chief, a deputy and another single officer to having thousands of officers so I guess it’s a case of having a piece of equipment that is needed for what they deal with and in this case you can hear them saying they have never dealt with such an amount of cash, which incidentally is what I think made them convince themselves that they could get away with this but obviously I’m just guessing. Best wishes and this is proof good people are still in charge…..for now. 🇬🇧☘️🇺🇸
