  8. No oversight body yet India continues to scream scandal over the appalling Bhopal disaster. Donโ€™t forget that it was at least a decade before this disaster happened and need I say more. If we donโ€™t learn from our history then our lives are a mystery and we are far better than this. ๐Ÿ™

  10. 100% yes, I used to cross on these ships regularly during those years and they were intrinsically negligent and it stinks, having said that I had good friends at Hillsborough and nearly went myself so Iโ€™m fully briefed about corruption and the protection of the most important people and even money over the likes of me and you my friend. Your seem like a decent chap, one whoโ€™s educated in our planetโ€™s majority seascape environment,Iโ€™m a native of Liverpool myself and just a few years older, so Iโ€™m just curious as to what your thoughts are regarding the sad raft of petroleum disasters that have blighted our oceans and seas from San Francisco to the Caspian Sea and whilst I am impressed by your work here I am compelled to ask what you yourself feel regarding the seemingly endless deaths of our fellow man and how you envisage the future, ideally or abstract.   38. Iโ€™m just surprised they didnโ€™t blame the passengers for it like they blamed the fans at Sheffield for 33years!!! This country is getting worse and I am not a loud mouth person either but the corruption and the political unilateralism that has allowed our country to be flooded with first Refugees and then renamed to asylum seekers along with the outrageous financial burden that paying for hundreds of hotels, health care, Wi-Fi, bureaucracy and so on all protected by our Royal Navy and ALL without any suggestion of a mandate from the public is beyond scandalous. Back in the 1970s people called Tory M.P. Enoch Powell a madman and the Tories kicked him out, heโ€™s not looking so crazy now, just ask anyone who is over the age of 60 and engage them in a conversation about how they envisaged our country being like in the year 2024, and Iโ€™m positive that whatever their background, upbringing or standard of life you will receive the same answer along with the caveat that they would never in their wildest dreams imagined it would have come to this. Meanwhile amidst all of our horror and upset why donโ€™t we donate our dwindling military resources to help two countries that only our greedy elites leaders care about the outcome eh?? Of course we the people were asked whether we should be giving up our military resources werenโ€™t weโ€ฆโ€ฆ. #smh

  47. @ my friend I am grateful for you taking the time to reply here and as someone who was born and raised on the banks of the river Mersey and the culture was cammell lairds shipyard and a city apart from the rest of England buoyed up by the Eireann diaspora and the fantastic mix of global people including the oldest Chinese community in Europe you can hopefully see the outlook we had rather than the inwards looking perspective that the majority of Britain has held onto over the years and after watching many of your uploads now I was compelled to ask you for a few of your ideas and your thoughts on a little bit more than what you offer us all in your wonderful work and well crafted posts and Iโ€™m not being nosey but I assume that youโ€™re a native antipodean and that you seem to be a chap who would be quite inquisitive regarding your family history as indeed I am and so I guess Iโ€™m just trying to explain my curiosity and reasoning for being inquisitive. We lost our grandfather in #WW2 aboard the HMS Celendine in 1943 and our matriarchal grandfather served in the RAF and once again I am most grateful for your time responding to me and your channel is pretty special and I hope you continue posting on it for a long time to come.
