  11. 100% yes, I used to cross on these ships regularly during those years and they were intrinsically negligent and it stinks, having said that I had good friends at Hillsborough and nearly went myself so Iโ€™m fully briefed about corruption and the protection of the most important people and even money over the likes of me and you my friend.   14. No oversight body yet India continues to scream scandal over the appalling Bhopal disaster. Donโ€™t forget that it was at least a decade before this disaster happened and need I say more. If we donโ€™t learn from our history then our lives are a mystery and we are far better than this. ๐Ÿ™
