Good job! Was Etruscan a Semitic language, and Etruscans were semites, if Sem was something more than a pious legend? Population Genetics can add light to the knowledge of this group, for sure, not all living today in Tuscany have an Etruscan lineage, but from selected tombs and large sample DNA studies, useful data could be gathered. This week, they published in lay press about results of a population genetics study on supposed Etruscan remains, they concluded the sample being genetically similar to other peoples in Tuscany, in Italy. About migrations across the Mediterranean basin, I once met in Madrid a man, high school teacher, suffering a rheumatic disease, with a peculiar look. When trying to make a money transfer form an office in Besançon, a man from Armenia came in. He had same look as the thin, stiff spine man in Madrid. ??? Blessings +
