  8. I think many have been on hold and think 6mo from now will be bargains which is not true. If there is an all out crash it will take at least a year to bottom. If not a crash there will be a strong yearly decline for the next 5 years.

  10. I love in Charlotte one of the largest corp investor cities but on the out skirts seeing the housing actually tanking pretty quick. Rentals (which one i just looked at) are not even filling

  13. They have started to sit on the market since Oct here but have a long ways to go. I leased a different house which those rates are dropping too. I wont but a house even if it takes longer

  20. The buyer housing market was already dead since late last year. Low inventory and media hid that fact. Interest rates just out the nail in the coffin and that effect is just getting started

  21. I was watching a Canadian house flipping show and was totally shock at their blow out prices. They are screwed!!

  22. Corporations are laying off everywhere and if not at least in a hiring freeze. I'm am glad to be renting a house and not tied to a hose I over paid for in the Biden economy!!

  45.  @Metallkopf86  Taxes and insurance and when it dumps and it will some will lose major equity value. Im just talking since this hyped bubble started say 2019. When my house dumped in 2008 it devalued worse than its real pre bubble value. took 5 years just to recover to normal
