Mortgage rates actually have little to do with the housing flop (for now). The collapsing economy, inflation, and no more bandwagon buyers killed housing

@gm4ulkill Umm the mortgage rates are actually back down again even thought the fed raised rates. Buyers were out of the market since late last year. The ultra low inventory and realtor BS hid the fact smart buyers bailed. Rate haven't even gone up that much yet overall. Economy is dead

@gm4ulkill They are reported back below 5%. That is not much compared to the large picture and is not what killed housing. The idiot over paying already ran its course. Yes any faction of a percent doesn't help
