  2.  @Metallkopf86  Taxes and insurance and when it dumps and it will some will lose major equity value. Im just talking since this hyped bubble started say 2019. When my house dumped in 2008 it devalued worse than its real pre bubble value. took 5 years just to recover to normal

  4. Inventory is fairly low but those house are going nowhere. The economy as a whole is tanking. housing is going along with it
