@Saufs0ldat Actually the fact that Russia hasn't declared the war has surprising consequences. Its contract soldiers, when ordered to go to Ukraine often simply break the contract. They can't be tried for desertion because there is formally no war. Russia can't afford for mass mobilization either- not only it doesn't have the money but also it would quickly lead to collapse of the Federation

Don't you worry we'll make Russia pay for it

Poland is always top of the news, but it is worth mentioning that Romania, Slovakia and also Hungary received a lot of refugees with open hearts. And I also have to admit that the level of military help from Baltic states, Czechia and Slovakia really suprised me. Russians were always going on how "Poland alone is rattling its saber" but it is no longer the case.

@lord_3605 How do you think- what will happen with the frozen Russian reserve money (and it is 2-3 years GDP of Ukraine before the war) after the war? Russia has to pay compensation for damage it caused by its unlawful action.

Russia hasn't got the money to continue the war, it military complex cannot build repair or reproduce losses it's army (horde really) sustained due to sanctions. They haven't won a single major tactical victory. It is obvious that they've lost since over a month. Strange thing is they are still fighting, which brings on the memory of the III Reich in 1944 wherein military had been lead by a mad and out of touch dictator

There is no neutrality in matters of truth and justice. I know that in your Russia it can't be understood because of civilization diferencess.

Go on with details then we can discuss. In what way the author opinion appears wrong?

@Saufs0ldat Not in Russia. Yesterday I watched this peace of news in the Russian propaganda TV. They are going frantic about it. Calling these soldiers as "useless, covards, traitors why do we need soldiers only for peace times?" They concluded the worst that they can do to soldiers that break the contract is take away they service flat. But then again- most of them don't have service flat given by the army. For me its quite a topic that Russian military morale is so low that this peace of news is shown in Russian TV...
1
@Saufs0ldat I'm refering to you what the Russian's say in their TV Прямой эфир . Yes, they can be "punished"- in disciplinary dismissal (which is what they really want) ant taking away priviledges like service flat (if they have any). Thats all in the current "time of peace".
1
@Saufs0ldat the criminal code refers unauthorised abandonment of unit or place during military service. It does not refer to breaking the contract in the time of peace, which is what apparently these soldiers are doing in the eye of the russian law. Afther breaking the contract they dont abandon the unit or place- they are no longer in the army.
1
@Saufs0ldat I tried to post you links with sources but apparently it has been blocked by youtube. Russian soldiers are breaking the contract by hundreds opposing to go for "special operation" and nobody gets prosecuted, because they can't be. Russians are furious about it. I am no expert in Russian law, I am simply stating the facts.

@maartent9697 These are not the best tanks, truth to be told. Slovenia announced 50 T-84 (deep modernization of T-72) seem decent
1
@nobodyherepal3292 I am simply stating that the number of tanks doesn't matter so much as it quality. Russian tanks are overall more modern than what Ukrainians currently have. Tank is never worthless ofc, even the older ones can serve as heavy mobile artillery and heavy infantry support... As long as there is fuel for them
1
On the contrary. They are using heavy artillery fire from over a weak without expected successes. It will soon lose ability to shoot because of wear (cannon can shoot at most 3000-5000 rounds) These are kind of things that dictators trying to lead the war over generals usually don't know

Russia has always been corrupted, no matter what system oficially it is. Because in reality it is a nomadic heir of the Mongol Empire, the system of power, values and ideas hasn't changed on the Great Steppe.
1
@kungszigfrids1482 I'm not saying anything about ethnicity. It is culture and civilization. Russia is the heir of the mongol Empire because of its values and the system of power which dates back to the Golden Orda. The attack on Ukraine also has no other reasoning than the mongol law of Yassa- punishment for leaving the horde.
1
@kungszigfrids1482 they are the heir of Mongol Empire the same way Europe is the heir of the Roman Empire and Greek culture. Roman Empire has been destroyed, but the values remained. The same is with Russia, this war is also proving this in every possible way. GTBT can have his opinion, but the truth is there was never any logical (in our civilization principle) reason to attack Ukraine. Russia hasn't been threatened, it doesn't need resources and so on. The only reason was hate that Ukrainians split from them. But here is the thing- only nomadic hordes are punishing for that. Mongols also attacked Rus (1223,1240) and then Hungary (1241) because they were chasing Kipchaks for splitting the horde, and these countries gave them shelter. So now it is very lucky that the Russian horde is losing, because if they were not, they would surely be attacking Poland or Baltic countries for helping Ukrainians. It is their Mongol heritage.

@kungszigfrids1482 I studied the history of Russian empire very carefully and I am certain that it belongs to the Turan civilization, apart from Latin civilization. If you have "better information" why don't you share it?
