In reality its just an heir of the Mongol empire with all the civilization rule of the nomadic Mongols. Recent attack on Ukraine hasn't been justified by any logical or geopolitical reason. The only reason was a desire to punish the Ukrainian nation for wanting to leave the horde in accordance to the mongol law of Yassa.
