  1. Maybe in Fire God Liu Kang's new time line, things will be a little different for the characters. We will get to know the great Kung Lao more, Johnny Cage will act more mature, Sonya would never lose his partner, and Scorpion will not become a demon of vengeance. But then again, I bet a lot of Scorpion fans prefer him that way.
