  3. Some of Don Bluth's movie may have been dark, scary, and sad at times, but at least he was trying to prove that 2D hand-drawn animation is not just for kids, but for teens and adults too. I'd rather have Don Bluth's 2D animation around today, instead of all the 3D and live action remakes we get now.
