I don't understand how Cartoon All-Stars to the rescue got bad ratings. It's supposed to help kids learn the bad things about drugs. And that smoke man was a pretty scary character to prove it. Well, maybe it's because the movie is meant for kids and not for teenagers and adults. Oh well, I guess not everyone gets the message, especially when there are people who already do drugs.
