Fullmetal Alchemist and Bleach were very complicated shows and it was hard to tell who was good or bad. Even when seeing there villains it was really hard to understand them and their goals. Zamasu may have been a big villain in Dragon Ball Super, but I'd still say Naraku should've been number 1. When season 4 of Attack on Titan comes out, I think we will be seeing the true main villain that started it all.
