Why invest in what you already own, a significant part of the USA population is in "modern slavery" (starvation wages, multiple jobs to survive, no representative political parties). "Racism" will also become "social racism", if it is not already including that. You notice it from the disdain with which ordinary citizens are treated by the "sufficiently rich / powerful". They are off the same race but not of the same "social race". Democracy as an idea has so much eroded that it is practically non-existent. But, self-delusion keeps up the pretense.
