  1. To freeze the war of NATO against Russia means that the USA wants a permanent war against Russia. USA-NATO denies any culpability for the origins, the escalation and the maintenance of this war. The war will continue with covert military actions as has happened. Ykraine has its nazi fanatics, who will be more than happy to carry out any terrorist action on Russia. I assume that such a "frozen" war will be unacceptable for Russia. It is also not in agreement with the Chinese peace proposal, which was ridiculed by the USA-NATO. Let's try REAL PEACE described in Minsk I and II. This was agreed upon by FR, GE, YK and Russia.
