  1. Agree with the Veteran, but the unreliability of the USA for any result in the future, causes that nobody can take this serious. USA can cut its own budget in half annually, then in 3 years, there will be military parity. Off course, that means that the 900 hundred military bases in other countries around the world, will go down to 450, next 225, next 113. Which poor countries will have the last USA garbage dumps on its soil?
