Why bear the cost of production, it decreases your profitability and decreases your shareholdervalues and decreases the bonuses of your company elites. The money is for free, because it comes from the peoples taxes. Why do anything for it. Just maintain the facade. Free money, ripping off your own people. Bonanza!
