  1. Indeed, PEACE is what we need. Minsk 1 and 2 achieved that. And then, it became clear that 3 out of 4 negotiators at the table, namely France, Germany and Ykraine were nogotiating for war. Only Russia negotiating for peace. That situation shows two things at least: 1) USA pulls strings, 2) European states are not sovereign.
