  1. The "Cuba crises" should be called "the Italy-Turkey-Cuba crises" as it was the USA that had placed nuclear weapons in Italy and Turkey to cover Russia. Chroetsjov and Kennedy brokered the deal that USA would retract its nuclear weapons from Turkey, while Sovjet Union/Russia would not continue the deployment of nuclear weapons in Cuba. Part of the deal was that the retraction from Turkey would remain secret as Kennedy felt that this could harm his political position. It goes to show that already in early 60ies the USA was the aggressor and that also in those days fascism in the USA was very strongly present. USA, of course, still has nuclear weapons in Italy as well as in many other European countries (Germany, Netherlands, ..... add if you know it).
