  1. This very pleasant conversation diminishes Dirac's brilliancy in not only deriving the Dirac equation, but also interpreting the "negative energy states" and "anti-matter", as I remember it. That Dirac felt unsure about the mindblowing leap in insight just goes to show how revolutionary the ramifications of his equation were.
