  1. USA will not pull out of NATO. NATO is the USA's instrument to control the Europeans. Saying that USA may pull out, provides leverage and causes the Europeans to suck him up, as we saw at the NATO summit. USA will not do away with his instrument, as we can clearly see, how he spoke about Spain, like a real mob boss.
