The American people are losing, The British people are losing, The European people are losing, The Ukrainian people are not only losing, many of them are dead, The Russian people are losing. Who is winning? The Russian army is winning, but at a terrible prize. The American-British-European-Ukrainian oligarchs and war industries are winning shit loads of money waisted on military destruction. The oligarchs celebrate a riskless and lossless victory and will use it to buy more political power for the next coup d'etat. Bye bye freedom, bye bye democracy.

@John_N_M I agree with you that we are even closer to nuclear catastrophy than in the early 60ies, partially because we are way less sane. What I was hinting at was, that it is mostly risk for the common people and much less for the elite and oligarchs , who have way more resources to fend of risk.

@John_N_M I fear, most of us are in the same boat. But why do "they" push the monstruous policies? Is there something, we don't know?
