  1. It is my understanding that pres. Putin reply to pres. Trumps request was that the Ukrainian troops must get the order, from Kiev, to surrender and that the troops that do that will survive and treated well. I assume they will be investigated, as they are considered terrorists and may have participated in the gruesome warcrimes against civilians in Kursk oblast. I think that is very benevolent of pres. Putin.
