  1. Dutchmen here. During the NATO summit in Vilnius in july 2023 PM Mark Rutte has connected Netherlands to the NATO Resilience Objectives, as mentioned in the Vilnius Summit Communiqué. Rutte signed the document before he left office, knowing that he would become SG NATO. He basically signed Dutch sovereignty away, because the "NATO Resilience Objectives" are so broadly described that "everything" will fit under it. Rutte may well be a traitor.
