  1. You mean in early 1945 when the USA, UK and Canada started to collaborate with the nazi's? Or in 1994, when the USA and European allies decided to take advantage of a Russian peace offer? Or in 2008 when the USA-NATO announced to include Ukraine and Georgia in NATO and bring USA missile systems ever closer to Russian borders? Or in 2014 when the USA activeely participated in the overthrow of the democratically elected president of Ukraine? Or in 2021 when the USA + vazals ignored the Russian proposal to solve issues peacefully. There is no doubt that the west started the war.
