After it has played out, how do we hold the "collective west" responsible for their role in the killing of Ykrainian civilians and soldiers, Russian civilians and soldiers and the destruction of villages, towns and cities since 2014? How do we hold the horrible political class accountable? Anybody or any team here with knowledge about international legal affairs. Can Hollande and Merkel be prosecuted? Biden, Rutte, Obama, Scholz?

  4. Hilarious that Ukraine will get F16's before NATO member Turkey will get them, after begging for many years. My country NL and Denmark are to blame for delivering their F16's to Ukraine. My suspicion is that with the vacancy of Stoltenberg's job next year and the availability of Dutch PM Rutte, of which many Dutch people are thoroughly sick, Rutte wanted to give the USA a clear signal that he is a real warmonger and therefore very suitable to succeed Stoltenberg.

  13. Meloni should also start working on the closure of American military bases. She is not only occupied by the EU, Italy is foremost occupied by the USA. Closure is also in agreement with the a "Green deal", as the environmental pollution spreading from these bases is damaging to the interest of italian people.

  25. France is very angry at Russia. For one thing, France is losing its colonies in Africa and the relevance of France as a global power is waning. With respect to Niger, France is losing direct access to uranium ore to keep the French nuclear power industry turning. That is a big whammy for a society that relies on nuclear power. France hates it to pay market prices instead of receiving it for almost free. With respect "the olympics", possibly a French red flag operation and blaming Russia to provide a pretense for war. It will be a sort of WoMD, French style.

And, this is completely the west's on doing. So, the big question is, how does the west redeem itself and make itself a reliable partner for a conversation between adults? Zakharova hits the nail on the head and the nations of the world should work together on strengthening the role of the UN, off course even at the expense of the USA position in the world. We have to expect that the USA will set the world on fire!
