  1. The biggest diplomatic problem is that no president or prime minister or organization (NATO, defense ministeries, WEF, FIFA, Olympic Games) in the west can be trusted. And, this is completely the west's on doing. So, the big question is, how does the west redeem itself and make itself a reliable partner for a conversation between adults? For more than 26 years, I have seen the west pushing east and ignoring anything the Russians ever said in that respect.
