  2. This is the consequence of USA foreign policy with respect to Russia since WWII. USA is salivating after the natural resources of Russia, like they have been salivating after Ukraines natural resources. Ukraine is now firmly in the hands of the USA robber culture, unless Russia liberates it from the west.
