Not JFK knew too much, but JFK was convinced he must go after the Deep State (CIA, FBI, Maffia, Corporate interest, Military Industrial complex, Media) before it was too late. American citizens are now more than 60 years overdue and many are paid for activities that serve the Deep State. Deep State is an aggressive cancer that has fought a war on what should have made America a special experiment. America completely failed the desired outcome of that experiment due to the invasive disease.
