Wil you relinguish your ambition to become the worldwide hegemon? Or, wil you stop using countries to fight your wars? Please, mr. Rubio, which concessions does the USA see for itself? These questions are all the more pressing, since it is the USA, who started the war against Russia at least since 1991.
