This is exactly the opposite that she has been doing, at least since she was appointed in EU office, with respect to the USA-UK-NATO proxywar in Ukraine against Russia. Over 3 years, 10 million refugees, 2 million dead and wounded, continuous escalation by the USA, by the UK and by the EU and not a sign of diplomacy on the side of the EU. She is a total embarrasment, totally conceited.
