  31. The name "Cuban missile crisis" is erroneous and suggests "initiative of action" on the part of the Sovjet Union. A more correct name would be "Italy-Turkey missile crisis", where the USA, in both countries, was or had been installing nuclear missile systems, purposely close to the Sovjet Union in order to create a definite advantage in a nuclear blow out. The Sovjet Union reciprocated USA behaviour in the western hemisphere. Kennedy lost the arm wrestling from Chroetsjov under the condition that the removal of USA nuclear missiles from Turkey would be kept secret, hence the wrong name.

  38. The formal membership procedure for "Being in NATO" doesn't mean anything for the reality of today. Since 2014 Ykraine was de facto a NATO state. Their military were trained in NATO countries and by NATO members in Ykraine. NATO countries equipped Ykraine with NATO weapon systems and intergrated Ykraine in the NATO security and intelligence state. Zelensky is beating around the bush. Blatant nonsense.
