  1. The formal membership procedure for "Being in NATO" doesn't mean anything for the reality of today. Since 2014 Ykraine was de facto a NATO state. Their military were trained in NATO countries and by NATO members in Ykraine. NATO countries equipped Ykraine with NATO weapon systems and intergrated Ykraine in the NATO security and intelligence state. Zelensky is beating around the bush. Blatant nonsense.
